We are blessed with a place to start with! Bandar Botanic, Klang it is!! With me working in Subang Jaya and Wern Lu in Taman Sea, the ideal home-location in terms of traveling distance would be the PJ-Subang area. This however would not be the case… ideal-location-wise. God has provided for us through my dad, to begin life together come March 2008 in a modest home in Klang!

Tucked in the perimeter of stereotypical Klang is a fairly new township (launched in July 2001) neighboring another the Bukit Tinggi township which houses the newly opened AEON Mall (the biggest AEON Mall in Malaysia). Bandar Botanic will be where Wern Lu & I will live together until the Lord leads us on to another place. This does not mean that we will not do up the house some as we both believe in having a home to enjoy and not just a house to toil for. We are working towards getting the home furnished with a minimalist approach. We will also work on the home in stages. What we cannot yet afford to get, we will not get yet. We remain open to paying for what may cost a little more in return of quality items or furniture that will last us longer.

Our 1st set of furniture (the dining set) was given to us by a friend who had moved down to Singapore! We have recently ordered our 1st batch of furniture (Bedroom and living room). Some minor renovation works will be done to the porch area as well as to the back are of the house. We are thinking of only doing up the kitchen at a later stage.

As a pastor in full time ministry, I am at times mindful of the “limitations” a full time worker may have in the natural realm at this point in time. But it is all not without the belief that God will provide! In fact, it is already mind-blowing to see how God has blessed Wern Lu and I with certain sponsored items! He has also blessed us with a trust in each other and in Him… Him being the one that will continue to provide for us in unimaginable ways, ways that will astound us! After all, His love is astounding and wondrous! He cares for us! He cares for you too!
